Pet Transportation We will transport your pet in a secure temperature controlled van to and/or from your designated location at your requested time

WITHIN the Rockwall/Rowlett/Heath area
(8 mile radius of downtown Rockwall)

   $20.00 (one way) – one pet                     $30.00 (round trip) – one pet

     plus, $2.00 per additional pet*                       plus, $3.00 per additional pet*

  

OUTSIDE Rockwall/Rowlett/Heath area rate
(includes Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport, etc.)

$.50 per mile
plus a $15.00 handling fee per pet*, per trip


Additional “time”, other than transportation (attending vet exam, errands, etc.)

will be charged at $10.00 per ¼ hour*

*Note:  "additional pet" and "time" charges are waived for our Ft. Knox guests during their stay

Medical Transports to/from all local area veterinarians during their regular

business hours will be charged like any regular pet transportation

However, $10 surcharges will be added if the animal is not moblie and requires gurney service

and/or if oxygen is required, as prescribed by your veterinarian

We will transport to/from the
Lake Ray Hubbard Emergency Pet Care Center in Mesquite
from our extended service area
(includes a 4 mile radius from their clinic in addition to the the 8 mile radius of Rockwall)

for $40.00 per trip*

(6-8am and 6-8pm Monday thru Friday and 6am - 8pm on Saturday)

Emergency service is also available after 8 pm & on Sunday for a 50% upcharge

*If outside this area, we will add additional mileage charges of .50 per mile. 

A $10 charge will be added if the animal requires oxygen, as prescribed by your veterinarian
